These terms govern the use of File Replacer. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service

File Replacer lets you upload documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), automatically detect their variable fields with AI and download the regenerated file with the values you provide. The service is offered "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Plans and payments

The Free plan is free and has daily and monthly usage limits. The Pro and Business plans are paid, billed monthly through MercadoPago in Argentine pesos, and have no minimum commitment: you can cancel whenever you want.

Cancellation, refunds and right of withdrawal

You can cancel your subscription at any time from "My account". With MercadoPago, cancellation is immediate: billing stops from the next period and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. As a consumer in Argentina, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days of contracting it (Ley 24.240, Resolución 424/2020 SCI): write to soporte@tl256.com to exercise it.

Acceptable use

Only upload documents you have the right to process. Don't use the service to generate false documents, impersonate anyone, or infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to bypass usage limits.

Limits and liability

Variable detection is automatic and can make mistakes: always review the result before downloading it. In PDF files, new text is drawn over the original and visual fidelity is approximate (the typeface may vary). We're not responsible for how you use the generated documents.

Your account

You need to sign in with Google or an email sign-in link to detect variables. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; significant changes will be reflected here along with the last-updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. As a consumer, you're also protected by Ley 24.240 (Consumer Protection Law) and its enforcement bodies.
